Kent Harrison purchases OziFleet tracking software

Neil Brewer, Search Manager for Kent Harrison Search and Rescue, purchased the OziFleet tracking program in July 2008. Spectrum Digital Imaging supplied the software, mapping and helped Neil with the installation, configuration of the program and hardware.

ICOM Canada supplied the F1721 base radio and IC-F70T portable field radios complete with HM-170GP gps mics.

After much field testing in actual search situations, Neil is completely satisfied with the program and the hardware. The ICOM gps microphones, even under forest canopy, very seldom lost contact with the satellites.
