MAPPING
Ozifleet Tracking software is based on OziExplorer GPS Mapping Software. OziExplorer (www.oziexplorer.com) is used by Search & Rescue, Military, Forestry and Oil & Gas Industry, Universities, Mining, Law Enforcement, Surveyors, Engineers to name a few. It is available in seven languages. OziFleet is a raster gps mapping program. Most vector mapping including AutoCad DWG and DXF files and Adobe PDF mapping data can be converted to be used with OziFleet. Some of the raster mapping formats that OziFleet supports are:
- Geotiff topographical maps (In the USA they are called DRG's). Universal format used around the world to display digital raster maps in GIS programs such as ArcView, MapInfo, AutoCad, MicroStation etc. And most GPS Mapping programs such as OziExplorer, Fugawi, Memory Map, MacGPS, GPSy etc.
- Digital Ortho Photos in .tif (PackBit), .sid (MrSID), .ecw (ERMapper) and .ozfx3 OziExplorer format.
- World Digital Air Charts in Geotiff format.
- World Digital Marine Charts in .bsb format.
Spectrum Digital Imaging can also convert Landsat, Lidar, TigerLine, and customers own GIS data to be used with OziFleet. If you plan on using your own data for OziFleet, please contact Spectrum Digital Imaging.
